Train the trainer
Our Train the Trainer programme is built entirely around KCA’s Five to Thrive framework, a practical, evidence-based approach to supporting brain development, resilience, and positive relationships. By training professionals to deliver Five to Thrive within their own organisations, we create sustainable change and a shared language of practice that benefits staff, children, young people, and families.
The programme equips participants with both in-depth knowledge of the Five to Thrive model and the skills to deliver high-quality training themselves. What you get includes:
- Multi-day training delivered by KCA experts to build confidence and competence.
- A full suite of resources to use in your own delivery, adaptable to different audiences and contexts.
- Access to our learning and development platform, providing digital materials, updates, and ongoing professional development.
- Ongoing support from KCA trainers, ensuring you feel confident embedding Five to Thrive in practice and cascading it across your organisation.
By investing in Train the Trainer, organisations develop in-house champions who can sustain learning, embed consistent approaches, and keep Five to Thrive alive well beyond the initial training. It is more than a programme, it is a long-term investment in building capacity, consistency, and resilience across your workforce.
