Leadership through troubled times
What sort of training is it?
Leadership has always been complex but now more so than ever. Participants will reflect on their leadership roles as they gain an understanding of how KCAs CENTRED knowledge base (Complexity, Evolutionary core needs, Neuroscience, Trauma, Resilience, Eco-Psychology and Diversity) relates to being an effective leader and how they can lead communities towards greater resilience and success.
What will I learn?
- To recognise indicators of a healthy partnership culture
- Develop policies and practices that sustain a partnership culture.
- Examine current practices and develop new skills that promote improved individual and collaborative working and resilience.
